InventreeFY offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all paid subscription plans to ensure complete customer confidence. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of payment.

This guarantee applies strictly under the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility Criteria

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only if:

  • The subscription is a first-time paid purchase
  • The request is made within 30 calendar days from the original payment date
  • The user has not violated InventreeFY’s Terms of Service
  • The request is made through official support channels

This guarantee applies to:

  • All monthly and yearly paid plans
  • Users who have used premium templates
  • Users who have created live public catalogues

3. Non-Eligibility

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • The refund request is made after 30 calendar days from the payment
  • The account has violated InventreeFY’s Terms of Service
  • The same individual or entity attempts multiple refunds using different accounts
  • The purchase is a renewal, upgrade, or subsequent subscription after the first paid purchase

Enterprise custom setup or custom development services (if applicable separately) are not covered under this guarantee.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
  • The full subscription amount will be refunded
  • Refunds will be completed within 10 business days

InventreeFY may optionally request feedback to improve services; however, providing feedback is not mandatory for refund approval.


5. Account Handling After Refund

Upon approval and processing of a refund:

  • The subscription will be cancelled
  • The account may be downgraded or deactivated
  • Access to paid features will be revoked

6. Abuse Prevention

InventreeFY reserves the right to:

  • Reject refund requests suspected of abuse or misuse
  • Restrict users from attempting multiple refunds under different accounts
  • Take necessary action in case of fraudulent activity

7. Policy Updates

InventreeFY reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will not affect eligible purchases made prior to policy changes.
