1. PURPOSE & APPLICABILITY

1.1 This Acceptable Use & Content Policy (“Policy”) defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the InventreeFY platform.

1.2 This Policy applies to:

  • All registered Users (businesses and individuals)
  • All Content uploaded to the Platform
  • All catalogs, minisites, and shared links

1.3 This Policy forms an integral part of the InventreeFY Terms of Service.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT

2.1 Users are solely responsible for all Content uploaded, displayed, shared, or transmitted through the Platform.

2.2 Users confirm that they:

  • Own the Content or have lawful rights to use it
  • Have obtained all required permissions and consents
  • Are legally permitted to sell or promote the listed products or services

2.3 InventreeFY does not:

  • Review Content prior to publication
  • Verify accuracy, legality, or authenticity
  • Endorse any products, services, or claims

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users shall not upload, publish, or share Content that:

3.1 Illegal or Unlawful

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Promotes illegal activities or prohibited goods
  • Breaches export, trade, or sanctions laws

3.2 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
  • Uses third-party images, logos, or brand names without authorization
  • Copies catalogs or designs from competitors

3.3 Misleading or Fraudulent

  • False or deceptive product descriptions
  • Incorrect pricing or availability
  • Impersonation of individuals or businesses
  • Fake claims, certifications, or endorsements

3.4 Offensive or Harmful

  • Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Defamatory, abusive, or threatening material

3.5 Restricted or Regulated Goods

  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives
  • Narcotics, drugs, or controlled substances
  • Counterfeit or pirated goods
  • Any category restricted under Indian law or applicable local law

4. PROHIBITED PLATFORM USE

Users shall not:

4.1 Use the Platform to:

  • Circumvent subscription limits or security controls
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data
  • Reverse engineer or copy platform features
  • Host malicious code or malware

4.2 Interfere with:

  • Platform stability
  • Other Users’ access
  • InventreeFY systems or infrastructure

5. PAYMENT & TRANSACTION MISUSE

5.1 Users must not:

  • Misuse payment gateways
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions
  • Misrepresent payment terms to customers

5.2 InventreeFY:

  • Does not monitor transactions
  • Is not responsible for payment disputes, fraud, or chargebacks

6. TAKEDOWN, SUSPENSION & ENFORCEMENT

6.1 InventreeFY reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to Content
  • Suspend or terminate User accounts
  • Block catalogs or minisites
  • Restrict features or services

6.2 Such actions may be taken:

  • Without prior notice
  • At InventreeFY’s sole discretion
  • To comply with legal or regulatory requirements
  • To protect platform integrity

7. LEGAL & REGULATORY COOPERATION

7.1 InventreeFY may:

  • Preserve Content
  • Share information with authorities
  • Comply with court orders, government notices, or legal requests

7.2 Users agree that:

  • InventreeFY is not obligated to notify Users before such disclosures
  • Compliance actions do not create liability for InventreeFY

8. NO MONITORING OBLIGATION

8.1 InventreeFY has no obligation to monitor Content or User activity.

8.2 Failure to enforce this Policy in a particular instance does not waive InventreeFY’s right to enforce it later.

9. USER INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless InventreeFY from any claims, losses, penalties, or legal actions arising from:

  • Uploaded Content
  • Violations of this Policy
  • Customer complaints
  • Regulatory actions

10. MODIFICATIONS

10.1 InventreeFY may update this Policy at any time.

10.2 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

11.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of India.

11.2 Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
