1. SCOPE & APPLICABILITY

1.1 This Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all subscription plans offered on the InventreeFY platform.

1.2 This Policy applies to all Users, including:

  • Businesses
  • Individuals

1.3 This Policy forms an integral part of the InventreeFY Terms of Service and must be read together with them.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

2.1 InventreeFY offers:

  • Freemium (free, limited-access) plans
  • Paid subscription plans (monthly and annual)

2.2 Features, limits, pricing, and availability vary by plan and are displayed at the time of purchase.

2.3 InventreeFY reserves the right to:

  • Modify plan features or limits
  • Introduce new plans
  • Discontinue existing plans
    with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

3. FREEMIUM PLAN

3.1 The freemium plan:

  • Is provided on a limited, trial, and non-guaranteed basis
  • May include restrictions on:
    • Number of catalogs
    • Storage
    • Views
    • Enquiries
    • Features

3.2 InventreeFY may:

  • Change freemium limits
  • Restrict access
  • Withdraw the freemium plan entirely
    at its sole discretion.

3.3 Use of the freemium plan does not create any entitlement to continued free access.

4. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

4.1 Paid subscriptions are offered on:

  • Monthly billing cycle
  • Annual billing cycle

4.2 Subscription fees are:

  • Charged in advance
  • Non-transferable
  • Exclusive of applicable taxes (if any)

4.3 Users are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Payment details are accurate
  • Sufficient funds are available at renewal

5. AUTO-RENEWAL

5.1 All paid subscriptions are auto-renewing by default.

5.2 By purchasing a subscription, the User expressly authorizes InventreeFY to:

  • Automatically charge the applicable subscription fee
  • Renew the subscription for the same billing cycle

5.3 Users may cancel auto-renewal:

  • From their account dashboard
  • Before the next billing date

5.4 Failure to cancel before renewal constitutes acceptance of the renewed subscription and charges.

6. USAGE & CONSUMPTION OF LIMITS

6.1 Subscription plans include defined usage limits.

6.2 Once any feature is used or any limit is consumed, the subscription is deemed activated and utilized.

6.3 Partial usage, even minimal, is considered full usage for refund eligibility purposes.

7. REFUND POLICY (STRICT)

7.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • ❌ No refunds after the trial period
  • ❌ No refunds once the subscription is activated or used
  • ❌ No refunds for partial months

7.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Refunds, if any, are:
    • Case-by-case
    • At the sole discretion of InventreeFY
  • No obligation to provide reasons for approval or rejection

7.3 No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • Any features were used
  • Any limits were consumed
  • The User changes their mind
  • The User fails to cancel auto-renewal on time
  • Business loss or dissatisfaction is claimed

8. FAILED PAYMENTS & NON-PAYMENT

8.1 If payment fails:

  • Access may be suspended immediately
  • Features may be restricted

8.2 InventreeFY is not responsible for:

  • Bank failures
  • Gateway errors
  • Card declines

8.3 Continued non-payment may result in account termination.

9. PRICE CHANGES

9.1 InventreeFY may revise subscription pricing at any time.

9.2 Price changes will apply:

  • From the next renewal cycle
  • Not retroactively

9.3 Continued use after price revision constitutes acceptance.

10. DOWNGRADES & UPGRADES

10.1 Upgrades:

  • Take effect immediately
  • Additional charges may apply

10.2 Downgrades:

  • Take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds or credits for unused time

11. TERMINATION EFFECT ON SUBSCRIPTIONS

11.1 Termination of an account:

  • Does not entitle the User to any refund
  • Does not waive outstanding payment obligations

11.2 InventreeFY may delete data after termination in accordance with its data retention policy.

12. NO LIABILITY FOR BUSINESS OUTCOMES

12.1 InventreeFY does not guarantee:

  • Sales
  • Leads
  • Revenue
  • Customer responses

12.2 Subscription fees are payable regardless of business performance or outcomes.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

13.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of India.

13.2 Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
